Intensive Energizing Multi Balm
ISOI's Bulgarian Rose Intensive Multi Balm is a core multi-balm that and moisturizes the skin of the eyes, mouth, and neck that are easily dry and weakened skin. Made with various plant derived oil complexes, such as jojoba seed oil, it penetrates deep into dry, weakened skin and delivers full energy to the core.

Use it frequently around the eyes, mouth, and neck. When using on top of makeup, apply lightly as if tapping.
